Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. However, depending on the subscription plan you selected, there may be a minimum number of orders that must be fulfilled before cancellation is allowed. If your plan includes a minimum order commitment, you’ll need to receive the required number of orders before your cancellation can take effect. This will be specified on the product page of the item you are subscribing to. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Depending on the item, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit or the full amount at checkout. If we do not collect the full amount upfront, we will store your payment method, and charge the full or remaining payment once the order has been collected or is on its way to you.
You can cancel a pre-order as long as it hasn’t been fulfilled, unless otherwise stated (for example, if we’ve purchased a specially requested item just for you). Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled — but you may still be eligible for a full or partial refund. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.
