You should allow 1-2″ of space when measuring, enough to fit 2 fingers between the collar and the dog. If your measurements are towards the high end of the scale, we’d recommend sizing up (for example, if you take a neck measurement of 36cm we’d recommend a medium rather than a small). This will allow greater flexibility if there are slight changes to the size of the dog.
